VACUHO Submits Amicus Brief to VA Court of Appeals
VACUHO has submitted an amicus brief on March 8th to the Commonwealth of Virginia Court of Appeals (re: Commonwealth of Virgina v. James Dario Maciel, Jr) affirming the VA college/university practice of being able to remove students from traditional & non-traditonal student housing without use of municipal civil court eviction proceedings.
