| Office Structure | Split system comprised of Residence Life and Housing with a director for each department. Housing is in charge of maintenance, housekeeping and general administrative functions such as room assignments. Residence Life oversees the programming and disciplinary activities in the halls. |

| First Year Experience | We have Learning Communities scattered across our 3 freshmen halls. Each community is designed for 30 students who take the same 3 classes, meet with a peer advisor and live on the same floor of the residence hall. Students self select to participate. | |
| Residential Colleges | Two first year leaning communities (floors) where students taking the same introductory courses are housed together. | |
| Honors Housing | The Quest Program: Qualified freshmen are invited to live in Quest their first year. In Quest they participate in special programs and activities within their wing of the building. Students must be in the Presidents Leadership Program or Honors program to be invited and participate. | |
| Academic Major/Interest Housing | We offer three large 15 person living areas for students to form their own living/learning community. Students can petition to occupy one of these areas during the lottery process. Any area not taken by a group is assigned to the general student population. We typically have two groups a year occupy these areas. We are hoping for but have not yet had a group stay past one year. | |
