| Main Job Responsibilities | Responsible for the day to day operation of the residence hall, supervising anywhere from 4-14 RAs and one Assistant Hall Director. The HD builds community, conducts weekly meetings, serves 4 hours a week in the central office, serves in the weekly on call system and is a vital part of the management team. |
