| Office Structure |
Our mission is to support living and learning environments which foster the
development of individuals intellectually, personally, and socially for both our
residential and commuter students. We provide suite-style and apartment-style residential facilties, and we work closely with the town of Farmville and our local landlords to meet the needs of our commuters. The RCL central staff consists of a Director, Associate Director-Housing, Assistant Director-On Campus Living, Assistant Director-Off Campus Living, a Business Manager, and our office manager. We also have six master's level staff members (five Residence Education Coordinators and one Commuter Education Coordinator) living in the halls to work most closely with our students. Three graduate assistants also help with various projects. We employ 56 Resident Assistants and at least 50 additional students as desk staff. We work with the University's Physical Plan for maintenance needs, and our housekeeping needs are managed through ARAMARK Housekeeping. |
