| Office Structure |
At Richmond we have two offices of Residence Life (for men and for women). Richmond College Residence Life (the men's office). Undergraduate Student Housing is primarily responsible for assignments (including the selection lottery and matching of roommates). They also handle any building related concerns and are a liasion to Custodial Services and Facilties (both seperate offices).
The Dean's offices (Richmond and Westhampton) house Residence Life. Residence Life works with the people in the buildings with a programmatic focus.
Housing & Residence Life ultimately report to the VP of Student Development. Maintenance, custodial, and dining report ultimately report to the VP for Business Affairs. There is a dotted line from Housing to the Director of Food and Auxiliary Services (who reports to the VPBA) due to its auxiliary nature. |
