GAs work with three different programs: Oak Lane (greek housing), Theme Housing Programs, and Residence Hall Federation Advising. Responsibilities generally include advising and student leadership development, program development, facilities supervision, administrative support, staff or student leader selection or elections, training, performance evaluation, etc. |

These graduate assistants are not required to live on campus. The department provides full tuition support for fall and spring semester. GAs are enrolled in the Higher Education and Student Affairs program. |

Community Advisors serve as primary advisors to 2-3 hall councils, and coordinate all aspects of the Imaginarium, the programming resources center for residence hall staff and student leaders. Advising, leadership development, account management, programming, resource development, facilities management, etc. |

Supervise and evaluate RAs, manage facility, staff training, administrative activities, program advising and account management, hall council advising, duty for entire campus on a nightly rotating schedule, policy intrepretation and documentation, judicial, etc. |

The graduate assistants occupy furnished apartments with kitchens, and are permitted to purchase a smaller meal plan than other on-campus students. The department also provides full tuition support for fall and spring semesters. The GAs are enrolled in the Higher Ed and Student Affairs program |

House Managers perform many of the resident advisor job responsibilities for their greek chapter houses on campus. The chapters occupy individual houses, so the house manager is the only Residence Life staff for the group. They also work very closely with the chapter leadership and Fraternity and Sorority Life staff. |
