The Director is the co-chief housing officer for the combined housing, dining and residence life areas.

Associate Directors direct 3 primary program areas (Training & Leadership Development, Staffing and Personnel, Theme Programs) and indirectly supervise geographical areas of campus.  They also work in key liaison roles for the res life unit(budget, housing and dining services, police, crisis response units, judicial, etc.)

The SL Coordinator is the primary advisor to the campus RHA (Residence Hall Federation), the primary advisor to the National Residence Hall Honorary. Significantly greater advising responsibilities than the Complex Director.

Four Assistant Directors serve as Assistant Directors of Residence Life that perform area coordinator job responsibilities and direct significant central office programs such as resident advisor selection, graduate assistant training, staff performance evaluation, staff development, etc.
 
One Assistant Director serves as Assistant Director of Theme Housing which works closely with the Associate Director of Theme Programs overseeing our eleven theme communities.
 
One Assistant Director serves as Assistant Director of First Year Programs coordinating our first six week program series, and coordinates our programming resource center.

Complex Directors supervisor one or more buildings.  Graduate assistant Supervision ranges from 0 - 2.
