Office Structure	Our office manages the residence life program and housing assignments. While we of course work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and the dining center, those offices are managed through other departments.
Occupancy	760 Undergraduate Housing Capacity 136 Residence Halls Avg. Double Room Rate Per Semester: $3,500 Avg. Apartment Room Rate Per Semester: $4,300
Available Housing Options	Undergraduate--Traditional, Suites, Apartments, Single Sex Each buiding is single-sex by floor. We also have 8 townhouses on campus.
Special Interest Housing	Smoke Free	All housing is smoke fee
	Alcohol Free/Substance Free	One building is designated as the "Wellness Hall" which houses 56 residents. Those students sign a contract to keep the floor alcohol, drug, and tobacco free. The Residents and the two Resident Assistants for that building are committed to providing and participating in special programming related to physical, emotional, spiritual, social, and intellectual wellness. Faculty and staff members on campus help provide those programming opportunities in the hall.
	Greek	The greek organizations that have enough interest are given a kitchen suite within a residence hall for their Greek Housing. These suites house 5-8 students and share a kitchen, small living room, and bathrooms.
	International House	One of our residence halls is designated as the "International Hall." Students who are interested in international and cultural studies submit applications to live in this hall. The Office of International Programs has a graduate assistant that lives on the hall, and that person assists the 50 Residents and 2 Resident Assistants with programming.
	Honors	We have an "Honors and Scholars" hall reserved for students who are in the Honors and Scholars program. This hall accommodates 45 students.
